Terms of use

1. The service

Pet Living helps you organise your pets' care: profiles, care log, reminders, sharing and informative articles. It is currently free to use.

2. Not a substitute for a vet

Articles, reminders and tools are for information and convenience. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your vet about your pet's health, and contact a vet immediately in an emergency.

Reminders are based on the dates you enter. Always check your pet's health booklet and your vet's instructions — we are not responsible if a reminder is delayed or not delivered.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 15 years old.
• Give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

4. Your content

Photos, notes and data you add remain yours. You only give us permission to store them and show them to you and the people you invite, so the service can work.

When you invite someone, make sure they are happy to receive the invitation email.

5. Fair use

• Do not upload illegal, offensive or other people's content without permission.
• Do not try to access other people's data or harm the service.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service working correctly and without interruption, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. Your rights as a consumer under Greek and EU law are not affected.

7. Changes

We may change these terms or the service. For important changes we will tell you in advance by email or in the app.

8. Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
